6. Install the timing chain on the camshaft sprocket, fix the sprocket, make the chain hang, and align the timing mark on the camshaft and crankshaft sprocket. Align the positioning pin hole on the sprocket with the positioning pin hole on the camshaft, and then install the sprocket on the camshaft. The camshaft sprocket bolt tightening torque is 20 N·m.

7. Lubricate the timing sprocket and chain with engine oil.

8. Turn the crankshaft twice to check whether the engine timing mark is aligned. If the timing marks are not aligned, you should follow the steps above and do it again. If there is no timing mark on the camshaft gear, the following aspects should be paid attention to when installing:

1) Install the crankshaft sprocket.

2) Install the timing chain damping plate on the cylinder block.

3) Align the timing marks on the crankshaft sprocket with the timing marks at the bottom of the timing damping plates.

4) Hang the timing chain, fix the camshaft sprocket, and install the timing chain on the crankshaft gear.

5) Align the centerline of the positioning hole on the camshaft sprocket with the timing mark on the top of the timing chain damping plate.

6) Align the dowel pin on the camshaft with the dowel hole on the camshaft sprocket. The sprocket is attached to the camshaft and the bolt tightening torque is 100 N·m.

7) Lubricate the timing chain and sprocket with oil.

8. Turn the crankshaft twice to check whether the engine timing mark is aligned. If the timing markers are not aligned, you should re-do the operation according to the above operation points.

Detail 1: The gap between the chain.

If the chain is not cleaned regularly, too much dust is adsorbed on the surface of the chain, which will affect the transmission performance and reduce the transmission efficiency; The quartz particles in the dust are adsorbed on the chain, and as the chain rotates, these particles will also grind the chain, accelerating the wear of the chain.

Before cleaning the chain, you should have a basic understanding of the structure of the chain, the chain is composed of pins, chain plates (inner and outer pieces) and rollers, and it is difficult to clean the oil stains in the gap of the chain when you usually use a rag to clean the chain, at this time you can use a small cotton swab to clean the oil sludge here, of course, this step is not fast to be careful.

It is difficult to wipe off the oil stains in the gaps of the chain with a rag.

After a long ride, the oil mud on both wheels is very heavy, mixed with some fine gravel.

Turn the car upside down, change the speed to the maximum fly, and simply clean the sludge from the two wheels with a rag.

The flywheel is the most dirty part in addition to the chain, and it is impossible to ignore the cleaning of the flywheel when cleaning the chain, but many people will only clean the oil on the surface of the flywheel when cleaning the flywheel, and ignore the oil stain on the tooth groove part of the flywheel, so that even if the chain and the flywheel are cleaned, with the contact between the chain and the flywheel again, the roller part will quickly turn black. 2. Loosen and remove the two M8 nuts and remove the right cover of the chain saw.

3. First install the chain saw guide plate on the main machine, and then install the chain of the chain saw on the sprocket and the guide plate guide trough, and pay attention to the direction of the chain sawtooth.

4. Appropriately adjust the tensioning screw located on the outside of the right cover, refer to the blue line above, and align the tension pin with the guide plate pin hole.

5. Install the right cover of the chain saw on the main machine, also refer to the blue line, insert the front baffle pin into the pin hole of the box, and then slightly tighten the two M8 nuts.

6. Lift the guide plate with the left hand, tighten the tension screw with a screwdriver with the right hand to adjust the tightness of the chain appropriately, check the tension of the chain with the hand, when the strength of the hand reaches 15-20N, the standard spacing between the chain and the guide plate is about 2mm.

7. Finally, tighten the two M8 nuts, and then turn the chain with both hands (wearing gloves) to check the smooth transmission of the chain and complete the adjustment; If it is not smooth, check the cause first, and then adjust it again in the above order;
