"Foreign liquor" is a general term for foreign liquor. One of the most valuable is French brandy. Brandy, also known as cognac.
It is said that France vigorously promotes the winemaking industry and divides the winemaking area into several regions according to the type. Such as Cognac area, Yayi area, Xiangjia area, red and white wine area, etc. Among them, cognac is known for its special wine, and is recognized as the best producer of brandy in the world.
In cognac, you will see the words "V O", "X O", etc., in the famous wine labels such as "Remy Martin", "Hennessy", "Pesset", "Napoleon", etc. What does this mean? This is an abbreviation for the year each bottle was made, and it reflects the value of each bottle.
The longer it is aged, the higher the value of the wine. Therefore, in the trademark of each bottle of famous wine, there is a clear indication of the vintage. These clear codes are not set by any manufacturer, but are determined by the French experts and in accordance with the standards for the uniform age of brandy.
The unified standards for brandy are: 1 star (5 years), 2 stars (10 years), 3 stars 15 years), V O (more than 15 years), V s O (more than 20 years), V s O P (more than 25 years), F o V (more than 30 years), X O (more than 40 years), Extra (more than 50 years). At present, the most expensive "Hennessy" on the market is only X O, and Ex-Tra was discontinued as early as 4 years ago.
In addition, not all sake is as long as possible. For example, red and white wine are valued by a specific year. Red and white wines are made from grapes.
There is a very peculiar rule in France: grapes are not allowed to be watered, and only natural rain is used. Whichever year is sunny and rainy, which year is a good year, and which year is the most expensive red and white wine.
The best red and white wine available on the market today is the king of wines, Bordeaux, and the best vintage is 1978. In addition to its own value, red and white wine also has an antique value that is only used for display and collection. The value of this antique is as old as possible.

The label of foreign wine must have a Chinese logo and a health inspection and quarantine seal, and foreign wine without a Chinese logo and a health inspection and quarantine seal may be fake; The genuine label has clear handwriting and good outline; The handwriting on the label of counterfeit wine is blurred and irregular; The genuine liquid is golden yellow and translucent; The liquid color of the fake wine is dull and the luster is poor; The metal security cap on the genuine bottle cap is connected to the bottle cap, but the security cap on the fake wine is glued; The genuine anti-counterfeiting logo can appear different pattern changes at different angles, and the anti-counterfeiting line can be torn off; The anti-counterfeiting logo of fake wine is dull, the pattern change is not obvious, and some of the anti-counterfeiting lines are printed; The genuine metal anti-counterfeiting cover is tightly worked, the plastic packaging is neat and the gloss is good; And the fake wine bottle cap is crudely made. In case of suspicious liquor, consumers can contact law enforcement agencies such as industry and commerce to verify the authenticity.

Answer: (1) Look at the packaging. The trademark of real foreign liquor is very exquisite, neat, clear, concave and convex, the printing is distinct, fine and neat, and the handwriting pattern will not appear old and blurred. Otherwise, it may be counterfeit wine.
2) Look at the seal. The seals of foreign liquor are aluminum and lead. If the seal is open or there is no seal, the wine is defective and cannot be purchased.
3) Look at the anti-counterfeiting mark. There are generally trademarks on the bottleneck of foreign wines, and there are various anti-counterfeiting signs in the trademarks, and the anti-counterfeiting signs of different foreign wines are not the same, so attention should be paid to observation and identification, if there is no anti-counterfeiting mark or the mark is wrong, it can be determined that it is fake wine.
4) Look at the trademark password. Different wines are printed with different numeric passwords, which indicate the date of production, the manufacturer and the time of importation. If the number on the trademark of the liquor is different from the number of the liquor, it indicates that it is a counterfeit.
5) Look at the numbers. Each liquor store has its own code digits, and these Arabic numerals hint at the date of production, when the liquor entered the country, etc.
6) Taste the taste. Taking Chivas Regal 12 years as an example, the aroma of real foreign wine is more complex, layered, with common spicy and slightly sour taste, and most importantly, it has a unique charcoal taste. Fake foreign wine is made with flavors or inferior raw materials, and the aroma spreads quickly, and the aroma may almost volatilize after five or six minutes of pouring into the glass.
7) Look at the front and back of the bottle. The trademark of real foreign wine will have Chinese annotations, such as the logo of "Guangdong regional monopoly", and some brands will also have anti-counterfeiting codes. Taking Chivas Regal 12 as an example, there is a code on the front of the trademark, and when you look at the bottle from the back of the trademark, you can also see a stamped code on the wall of the bottle, and the two codes are the same.
Fake foreign wine generally only has English letters and garbled characters.
8) Be wary of broken wood chips in the cork. **Wine will generally use the whole bark cut out from the hundred-year-old tree as the cork, without any traces of bonding, only the cork ** can reach about 10 yuan; Fake foreign wine does not use high-cost stoppers, usually uses a two-in-one material of sawdust and bark, the stopper is made of bark at both ends, and the middle is compacted and glued with broken wood chips, and small particles of sawdust can be seen.
9) Color discrimination on paper. In terms of the color and transparency of the wine. Turn the wine bottle upside down and observe the light, the color of the real wine is transparent, the light transmittance is high, and the color is consistent; Fake wine is dull and turbid, inconsistent in shade, dark and sinking, and some have a little precipitation.
Ask what brand this is and how much it costs.
Ask if the out-of-print foreign wine is worth anything.
Question: I've been putting it for more than 10 years, will it be a little higher?

The construction cost of high-rise buildings is relatively high, and the investment should be recovered, one is to make high-end office buildings to attract international companies to China offices, or regional offices of large national companies, and financial institutions to move in, such as Diwang, how many international companies, or large national enterprises have set up offices in Zhongshan? One is as the company's own R&D base, such as ZTE, Mindray, Tencent, etc., these enterprises have tens of thousands of R&D personnel, if you rent an office building, the cost is very high, so there is a need for construction! Look at the company in Zhongshan, several powerful companies are manufacturing enterprises, such as Hongji, Canon, Mingyang Electric, etc., you build such a tall building, do you do a factory?
Don't say tens of thousands, which company in Zhongshan has thousands of R&D engineers and salespeople? I guess there isn't even one! There are hundreds of engineers in the company, are there ten such companies in Zhongshan?
As for the four major banks, they all have their own buildings, which is not low! Is it worth spending billions to build the city's ** into the tallest building? To promote the prestige of Zhongshan?

It's quite spectacular to use for blasting, and you can also apply for another "Asia's tallest building blasting", Zhongshan is even more famous! View the original post

Raise the prestige of my Zhongshan? Do you pay or do you pay for the land? The fate of Zhongshan's high-end office buildings, enterprises can see it better than you, it's not that they don't want to build, but they can't get back after they build their investment!
That's the reality! More than ten years ago, Zhongshan also built some twenty or thirty storeys high, what happened? It has not become a landmark in Zhongshan, but it has become a landmark in Zhongshan!
I know that today, many of the high-rise buildings in Zhongshan are still unfinished! Not to mention the hilltop garden, it's blown up! Opposite the International Hotel, next to Zhongshan ** is still quite there, and it costs a lot to wear clothes and hats!
The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China building diagonally opposite the torch one plus one, there is no money to wear clothes, and when I look up, the broken glass is full of eyes! View the original post
