How to set up USB flash drive boot on ASUS motherboard.

To make a boot disk, please refer to the following methods;

Through the above steps, you can select the USB flash drive to start.

The prompt "Please select boot device" means that the system is asking which device is needed to boot the system. Just set the parameters in the BIOS.

1. First of all, restart the computer and press the "Delete" key to enter the BIOS setting interface, as shown in the figure below.

2. Secondly, select the "boot" option in the menu bar as shown in the image below.

3. Next, select the "Hard Disk Drives" option and press the Enter key twice to continue to the next step, as shown in the figure below.

4. Then, for example, the hard disk name is pm-maxtor 2f040l0, use the arrow keys to select the "pm-maxtor 2f040l0" option, press enter key to confirm, as shown in the figure below.

5. Finally, the hard drive is bent into "PM-Maxtor 2F040L0", save the settings and restart the computer to solve the problem, as shown in the figure below.
