Well, with ADO, you can directly select and output to excel, for example, insert into [excel; database='c:\''sheet1$''(Field 1, Field 2,...)from ..

Remember to follow the worksheet name with $

    1. Export directly in the Access database.

Open the database file of the alumni directory with access, select the "student" table containing the alumni information, click the right arrow and select the "export" command.

In the dialog box that opens, change the Save Type to Microsoft Excel 97-2003 (*XLS), enter the file name, click the Export button, and later you get a standard Excel workbook file. Note: In the Access program, you can also easily export database tables to dbf files for VF, database files for Paradox, text files and other formats for calling.

Open the exported file with excel, delete the unnecessary columns, keep only the two columns where the name and e-mail address are located, then save it, and finally upload the file to the leader for review.

    2. Use accesstoexcel to help.

If you are not familiar with the operation of the Access database, it is okay, you can use the free software AccessToExcel to help. AccessToExcel, as the name suggests, is to convert the Access database into an Excel workbook. Install and run Access ToExcel, click the Access icon on the left side of the Export Access Database File Spine in the upper left corner of the window, select the MDB file you want to convert in the dialog box that opens, and open the data macro database file.

Reminder: The software comes with the function of obtaining the access database password, but the algorithm is not comprehensive enough, if you can't get the database password to be opened, a prompt will pop up, please enter it manually under the "access database password". Click the Get Database button under the Database Operations tab on the right, and the names of each table in that database will be displayed later under the List of Data Table Names.

Select the table you want to convert from the list, click the "Get Field List" button, and conveniently list the fields in the table at the bottom left of the window, remove the checkmark before the unwanted fields, and then click the "Explore Data" button to check whether it is the final required item.

Switch to the "Export Data" tab, click the "Select Export File" button, and enter the name of the Excel file you want to export finally. Click the "Export" button, the export progress will be displayed at the bottom of the window, and click "Yes" in the pop-up dialog box to save it immediately. This gives you the required excel file.

Open the exported file in Excel and you will find that only the fields are selected. Compared to direct export, a table exported using aceetoexcel has a title added to the front of the table, which can be removed in excel if you don't need it.
