To date, the association remains the only charity outside China that exclusively targets tigers and other endangered cats in China.
The only five remaining tiger subspecies on Earth: the Siberian tiger (Siberian tiger), the Bangladeshi tiger, the Sumatran tiger, the Indochinese tiger and the Chinese tiger are all critically endangered. The Chinese tiger (also widely considered to be the South China tiger) is the ancestor of all tiger subspecies, but it is the most endangered of the five endangered subspecies, with about 4,000 Chinese tigers in China as early as the 50s of the 20th century.
But due to human hunting and habitat destruction, there are fewer than 100 left on the planet today! It is based on this background that the International Association for the Rescue of Chinese Tigers was founded.
The purpose of the International Conference on Saving Chinese Tigers is to draw the attention of all walks of life in the world to the current situation of Chinese tigers, and to let people understand the situation and future destiny of Chinese tigers by providing relevant information. Through public education, we will introduce and implement advanced conservation models in China, and raise funds to support these efforts to save and protect Chinese tigers.

Save the Chinese Tiger International** focuses on increasing the endangered South China tiger population in large and safe habitats in China through effective management.
