Lu Jianping, male, Han nationality, born in 1963, from Tonglu, Zhejiang, is a second-level professor, doctor of law, and doctoral supervisor. In 1979, he studied at the Law Department of Chinese People's University and obtained a bachelor's degree in law. From 1984 to 1988, he studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montpellier, France, and obtained a master's degree and a doctorate.

From 1988 to 1999, he worked at Zhejiang University. Since 1999, he has been working at the Law School of Chinese University. He is currently the executive vice president of the Institute of Criminal Legal Sciences of Beijing Normal University, the vice president of the Criminology Research Association of the China Law Society, and the deputy secretary-general of the Executive Department of the Criminal Law Research Society of the China Law Society.

He is also the Deputy Secretary-General and Executive Committee Member of the International Association of Criminal Law, and a member of the Board of Directors of the International Society of Criminology. He was selected as one of the "Top Ten Outstanding Young Jurists in China".

His works include "Civilization", "Archaeological Notes", "Journey Apocalypse", and "Water Town Picture Exhibition", which have been selected for the 6th, 7th and 8th National Art Exhibitions, and won the bronze medal in the 7th National Art Exhibition of "Civilization". He has held solo exhibitions in Japan. "Journey Apocalypse" is collected by the Shanghai Art Museum, and "Civilization" is collected by the Bank of Communications and other institutions.
