1. If you have a Windows installation CD, then open it, run it, select Add to remove Windows components, select IIS, Next, and you can. During installation, you may have to manually select the i386 directory in the disc to find the files. After success, you will also need to set up IIS to support it.

After installing IIS, you need to expand it in IIS, right. .NET support is allowed.

Don't use DM anymore, use VS2008 and you don't need IIS
