When the computer is shut down, it always comes out to update and shut down, how to turn off system

You can refer to the following methods to reject the update before the shutdown.

01 Power off with the power button.

The reason why the automatic system upgrade is triggered is actually because we are used to using the shutdown command on the boot menu. So, as long as you switch to the power button to turn off, you can skip the automatic update of your computer.

Open the Control Panel.

Power options, click "Select the function of the power button" in the left list; Select the "Power Off" option in the "When the Power Button is Pressed" list, then click the "Save Changes" button and you're done.

02Clear the distribution folder.

Since the update file will be automatically sent to the system's distribution folder first, to reject the automatic installation, first disable the relevant distribution service items, and then clear the contents of the distribution folder, so that the automatic upgrade cannot be performed when the computer is shut down.

Related services are prohibited.

Select Run as Administrator; Then execute the following commands to stop the file distribution service.

net stop wuauserv

net stop cryptsvc

net stop bits

net stop msiserver

Delete the contents of the distribution folder. in File Explorer.

, select all folders in the distribution folder "C: Windows Software Distribution Download", and then press the shift+del key combination (or select the permanent delete command from the function panel) to perform the permanent deletion operation.

After the above command is executed, the automatic upgrade will not be performed when the machine is shut down, since the distribution file no longer exists.

Here's how to turn off automatic updates on your computer: First, press the Windows Plus R key on your keyboard to bring up the running window. Enter "And click" OK, double-click the "WindowsUpdate" option, right-click on the service item, and select Properties.

Select "Disable" and click "OK".

You can also click the [Start] icon in the lower left corner of the computer, but this time click "Settings", and then find and click on "Update & Security" in the pop-up interface; In the "Windows Update" section, find and click "Advanced Options", and then turn off all the on/off buttons for the update options.

If your operating system is the Home Edition, you can't turn off system updates. Of course, you can also take some measures to close, but the results are not worth the cost.

After opening the (Computer Management) menu, click on the (Services) option under (Services and App Services).

Method 2 – Select the startup type (disabled).

In the figure above, double-click the windowsupdate option pop-up menu, and click the startup type to select (disable) OK.
