Application Procedure:

The processing fee of the ATA Carnet includes the cost of the certificate, the handling fee for the issuance of the certificate and the guarantee fee.

The cost of the certificate is 90 yuan per certificate. The handling fee for issuance is 210 yuan per certificate. The guarantee fee varies depending on the amount of the secured goods.
