The conditions for moving in are:

1. Persons who live in our city and have their own property rights and their spouses, children and parents can move their household registration into the residence.

2. Those who live in the central urban area of our city (the area under the jurisdiction of Licheng District and Fengze District) and have non-self-owned property rights, and who have signed a labor contract with the employer in the place of residence in accordance with the law, and who are employed in government agencies, enterprises and institutions, or who hold industrial and commercial business licenses in accordance with the law, and their spouses, unmarried children (minor children who move into collective households), and parents can move their household registration into the residence.

3. Persons living in other counties (cities) and organized towns other than the central urban area, and who have non-self-owned real estate, their spouses, unmarried children (minor children in the case of collective households), and parents can move their household registration into the residence.

The application, resident ID card, household registration booklet, and proof of lawful and stable residence shall be submitted to the public security police station where the lawful and stable residence is located.

Those who move in from outside the city shall be accepted by the household registration window of the police station, and after handling it from the entrance of "moving in from outside the city - approved personnel moving in and settling down - legal and stable residence", it will be submitted to the county-level household administration department for examination and approval.

Those who move within the city and move across the borders: they must go to the police station of the place of relocation with the household registration booklet of the place of relocation and the place of relocation to go through the formalities of moving out, and then go to the police station of the place of relocation with the number of the migration certificate and the household registration booklet of the place of relocation and an ID card (black and white headshot) to go through the household registration procedures at the police station of the place of relocation;

Moving in across offices: You must first go to the household registration office of the police station where you move in with the real estate certificate and housing certificate to go through the procedures for the computer house number, and then go to the police station where you move out to go through the procedures for moving out with the household registration booklet of the place of moving out, and then go to the police station of the place of moving in with the migration certificate number, the real estate certificate or housing certificate of the place of moving in to go through the household registration procedures (borrowed, temporary housing, rental housing and minors are not allowed to set up a household).

Note: 1. The person who moves in needs to apply for an ID card should submit two IDs, and those who need to apply for an ID card express card should submit four IDs.

2. Those who are relocated due to the conversion of agriculture to agriculture or non-agricultural urban areas: they must go to the household registration office of the police station where they enter the household with the "Certificate of Permission to Move In" (Permit for Transfer) issued by the Municipal Bureau and the sub-bureau, the number of the migration certificate, the household registration book of the place of entry, the resident ID card, and the head of the ID card. If you need to apply for an ID card, you must submit two chapters of your ID card, and if you need to apply for an ID card express card, you must submit four ID cards.

The condition for the migration of minors is that the children are not subject to any restrictions if they seek refuge with their parents.

Those who move across the household can go to the police station of the place of relocation with the household registration booklet of the place of relocation and the place of relocation to go through the procedures for moving out, and then go to the police station of the place of relocation with the number of the migration certificate, the household registration booklet of the place of moving in, and an ID card** to go through the household registration procedures.

From the time of arrival at the place of relocation, within three days in urban areas and within 10 days in rural areas, the relocation certificate shall be reported to the household registration authority by himself or the household, and the relocation certificate shall be cancelled. Citizens who do not have migration certificates shall apply for relocation registration at the household registration authority in the place of relocation with the following documents:

2. Falsely reporting an account;

3. Forging, altering, transferring, lending, or selling household registration documents;

4. Impersonating someone else's account;

5. The hotel manager does not handle the passenger registration in accordance with the regulations.
