After receiving the accident report, the relevant local people, the production safety supervision and management department and the relevant departments responsible for the supervision and management of production safety shall immediately rush to the scene of the accident and organize the accident rescue.

On the basis of the circumstances of the accident, the public security organ at the place where the accident occurred shall file a case for investigation in accordance with law and employ compulsory measures and investigative measures against those suspected of committing a crime. Where the criminal suspect has fled, the public security organs shall promptly pursue and bring them into the case.
