The Lord of the Lecture on Huayan Zhi asked, "Why is it not allowed that the verdant bamboo is all the Dharma Body, and the lush yellow flowers are nothing more than the Prajna?" The teacher said:

There is no image of the Dharma body, and it should be formed by green bamboo. If you are ignorant, you will appear to the yellow flower. It is not the yellow flower and green bamboo, but the Dharma body.

Therefore, the scripture clouds: the true Dharma body of the Buddha is like a void; It should be in shape, like the moon in the water. If the yellow flower is like this, it is the same as ruthlessness; If the green bamboo is the Dharma body, the green bamboo can still be applied.

Will the Lord? He said, "I don't mean that."

The teacher said: "If you see a sexual person, the Tao is also obtained, and the Tao is not also obtained, and you can say it with it, and you will not lag in right and wrong; If you don't see a sexual, say that the green bamboo is a green bamboo, say that the yellow flower is a yellow flower, say that the Dharma body is stuck in the Dharma body, and say that the Prajna does not know the Prajna, so it is all a criticism. Judging from the meaning of the text, people in the world do not know the main meaning, and they cannot understand the true meaning of Prajna and Dharmakaya by saying that "green bamboo is green bamboo, and yellow flowers are yellow flowers". On the other hand, people with clarity know that "the Dharma Body has no image, and Prajna is also ignorant", and after understanding the true meaning, it can be manifested everywhere, and the green bamboo and yellow flower are just borrowed to illustrate the truth.

As for the red face and white bones, they are all false, this is also very easy to understand, that is, the young, the old, the beautiful, and the ugly are just unreal.

There is a saying that everything has a way.

Like a dream bubble, like dew or electricity, it should be viewed as such.

This passage is to say that the red face and white bones, the verdant bamboo, and the lush yellow flowers are all impermanent illusions, and today's red face and other days are white bones, impermanence and change, all of which have no real meaning. Knowing the illusion and leaving the illusion, let go of all separate attachments everywhere. Contemplating all the Dharma phases with a detached mind, the lush yellow flowers also reflect the wisdom of Prajna, and the verdant bamboo is the pure nature of the detached phase, the pure Dharma body.

He Zeshen will oppose this theory, thinking that "Buddha nature pervades all sentient beings, not all asexual beings", and that green bamboo and yellow flowers cannot be equated with "Dharma body" and "Prajna".

"Green and verdant bamboo" actually talks about one of the most basic characteristics of bamboo, which is green. Tall, short, fat, thin, and sleepy are not the basic characteristics, because every bamboo is different. In other words, what it wants to say is that the "Dharma Body" is not special in the first place, it is the most ordinary trait in each person, that is, the trait of Qingqing.

Therefore, "all is the Dharmakaya" actually means that each of us has no choice but to remove our own personality and the differences between ourselves and others, and that most ordinary thing is the "Dharmakaya".

The lush yellow flower is nothing more than "what is this talking about?" If you put a length of time long enough, then her appearance and disappearance are instantaneous.

That "prajna" means wisdom, true wisdom. Then "the lush yellow flower is nothing more than Prajna" means that when you understand the fleeting nature of things, its instantaneous appearance and instantaneous disappearance, and understand the link of birth and death, Prajna wisdom will also appear.

"Lush Yellow Flower" also has a general meaning, which means that all things in the world have long and short lives, but this length is from a certain point of view. Then when you zoom in on this time angle, what seems to be long will become shorter; When you zoom out on this angle of time, what seems short can become longer.

For example, "Summer insects don't speak of ice.""When you put the time perspective on the summer insect, then there are only three seasons in a year, but it is still its lifetime; If you put the time perspective of the sun in time, then these three seasons are fleeting. "Lush yellow flowers" refers to all levels of birth and death.

Whether it is the so-called long or the so-called short, it is all in the process of life and death, just like a flower blooming and glorifying. Therefore, saying that "lush yellow flowers are nothing more than Prajna" is the method of wisdom.
