How to understand what you have.
We've probably all felt this way and you know you need to be thankful for what life has given you, including your significant other, a happy family, a satisfying job, and a healthy body. However, there are also some people who just feel that they want more. While there are other ways you can improve your satisfaction with your life, the easiest way to do this is to revise your beliefs and put them into practice on a daily basis.

Change your perception.
Live in the moment. Happy people often know how to live in the present and not dwell on what has happened in the past or what has not happened in the future.
