Before and after the installation of the small mud dehydrator, pay attention to the moisture-proof of the motor, electronic control device, hydraulic system, air control system and the anti-rust of all rust-prone parts, and pay attention to the protection of the outer surface of the machine. Pay attention to safety in hoisting, so as to avoid damage to the machine due to collision. 5. Precautions: The operator must be familiar with the structure, performance and operation methods of the machine. Turn the drum several times before driving to avoid uneven loading, overloading and other failures.

When feeding, Zheng Zhaoji should be evenly distributed to avoid heavy vibration. During normal operation, do not use the brake device, so as not to damage the other parts of the belt. Do not place any items on the top cover to avoid accidents after driving.

The working principle of the dehydrator is as follows:

The sludge particles have a large specific gravity, so the centrifugal force generated is also large, and they are thrown on the inner wall of the rotor to form a solid layer.

The water density is small, the centrifugal force is also small, and only the liquid layer is created on the inside of the solid layer.

Under the slow push of the screw conveyor, the sludge of the solid layer is transported to the cone end of the first class, and is continuously discharged through the outlet around the first place, and the liquid is discharged from the fourth overflow of the weir to the outside of the first place, and is discharged out of the dehydrator after collection.

4) Do not overload the amount of fabric placed. This is especially true when removing other items that are not clothing.
