The Feast of Seventy-Seven (shvuot) is named because it is the day of the seven weeks after the Passover. Originally, it was an agricultural harvest festival on which the Israelites offered their newly harvested wheat to God. It later became the day for the Jews to commemorate God's grant of the Ten Commandments on Mount Sinai.
The book of Exodus, which contains the Ten Commandments, is usually read on this day, and a coming-of-age ceremony or graduation ceremony is celebrated.
Origin: The Feast of Seven-Seven is one of the three major pilgrimage festivals in the Jewish calendar. Verse 77 (Exodus 34:
22;Numbers 28:26–31;Leviticus 23:15-21) is one of the three major festivals (the other two being the Passover and the Feast of Tabernacles).
Every year, the Jewish men were to observe the Feast of Shiloh (the Feast of Jerusalem after the temple was completed). This festival is from the second day of the Passover (that is, the day of the firstfruits of the offering of sheaves for the wave offering), counting seven weeks, to the next day of the seventh week, so it is called the Feast of Weeks. Because it is the 50th day (49 days in a 7-week week, and the 50th day after the 7-week week is the 50th day), it is also called Pentecost.
The Feast of Weeks and Weeks was observed only after the Israelites entered the Promised Land. The festival is held at the end of the wheat harvest, when the first bread made from the freshly harvested wheat is offered (hence the harvest festival). On this day it is a holy congregation, and only one day of feast is observed, and no work is allowed, but the people are to be gathered before the tabernacle of the congregation to give thanksgiving for the harvest, and to commemorate God's law on Mount Sinai.
Qiqi was originally an agricultural festival when the wheat was ripe at this time of year, and people thanked God for his favor by celebrating the harvest and prayed for another harvest in the coming year. The method of sacrifice on the Feast of Weeks was to offer two leavened breads made from freshly harvested wheat flour and a one-year-old lamb to God.
It is precisely the opposite of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, which marks the beginning of the barley harvest, and the Feast of Weeks, which signifies the end of the wheat harvest. Through festival sacrifices, people re-eat leavened bread and return to their usual habits. By the time of the rabbin, the people associated the festival with Moses' teaching of the Ten Commandments to the Israelites at Mount Sinai, thus giving a new meaning to the Feast of Weeks.
For Jews today, this new meaning is much more significant than the original, and the Feast of Weeks has become a day to commemorate God's apparition on Mount Sinai and the collective covenant with the Israelites that founded Judaism. For Jews, Passover symbolizes the birth of the Jewish nation, and Feast of Weeks and Weeks symbolizes the birth of Judaism.

Also known as "Zhai Seven".
Li seven", "burn seven", "do seven", "do one day", "do seven", etc. In the old days, the funeral customs of the Han nationality were popular all over the country. That is, after the death of a person (or after the funeral), a spiritual seat is set up from the "first seven" to provide for the wood owner, cry and worship every day, offer sacrifices in the morning and evening, do a Buddha service every seven days, set up fasting and sacrifice, and remove the spirit on the 49th day of the "77th".
There is no record of this custom in the Han Dynasty, which is about to be related to the introduction of Buddhism into China, and it has been practiced more in the Northern and Southern Dynasties, and it has not changed in later generations. Buddhism's "Yoga Treatise" says that after a person dies, in order to seek a fate, he takes seven days as a period, and if he ends seven days, he does not have a fate, then he continues for seven days, and at the end of the seventh seven days, he will give birth to a place, so there is a period of "seven seven" and the custom of being recommended every seven. One said, the first birth of a person is waxed in July, and a wax is formed by a spirit, and through seven seven forty-nine and seven spirits; Death is taboo for seven days, a taboo and a dispersion, after seven seven forty-nine days and seven spirits, this is the Taoist soul gathering and scattering said.

July Day is the founding day of the party. Origin of the founding day: After the founding of the Communist Party of China on July 23, 1921, under the brutal rule of the reactionary warlords, it could only be kept in a state of secrecy and there was no environment for public activities.
During the period of the Great Revolution, the Party was busy with the cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, the workers' and peasants' movement, and the support of the Northern Expedition, and there was no condition to commemorate the birth of the Party.
The idea of July 1 as the anniversary of the birth of the Communist Party of China was proposed by Comrade *** in May 1938. At that time, *** proposed in the article "On Protracted War": "July 1 this year is the 17th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China."
This is the first time that a leading comrade has explicitly pointed out that "1 July" is the anniversary of the birth of the party.
History of the festivalAt the beginning of 1920, Li Dazhao, Chen Duxiu and others began to brew the issue of party building. Cai Hesen, who studied in France, made it clear that the "Communist Party of China" should be established. With the help of the representatives of the Comintern, advanced intellectuals in Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Changsha, Jinan and other places established the early organization of the party.
Young students studying in France and Japan also formed early party organizations.

July 1 is the party's anniversary, this day was originally to commemorate the party's first congress, in fact, the first party was held on July 23, but when the anniversary was determined, I remembered the wrong date, only remembered that it was July, so it was regarded as July 1, after the founding of the People's Republic of China, after various verifications, it was found that it was July 23, but July 1 has become a habit, so it has not been changed.

The idea of July 1 as the anniversary of the birth of the Communist Party of China was proposed by Comrade *** in May 1938.
In the early days of the founding of the Communist Party of China and during the period of the Great Revolution and the Agrarian Revolutionary War, it was either in a state of secrecy, or under the harsh war environment and the White Terror. At that time, the party did not bother to organize large-scale reunification activities to celebrate its birthday, nor did it have the time and energy to verify the exact date of the First National Congress.
In 1938, in order to commemorate the 17th anniversary of the founding of the party, many comrades in the anti-Japanese base areas, especially in Yan'an, asked Dong Biwu, who had participated in the first congress, about the time of the congress to solemnly commemorate the party's birthday. However, both *** and Dong Biwu only remember that the first congress was held in July 1921, and as for the specific date, due to the long period of time and the lack of archival materials to check, they can't remember it clearly. On the eve of "July 1st" in 1938, *** clearly stated in his speech "On Protracted War":
July 1 marks the 17th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. ”

The idea of July 1 as the anniversary of the birth of the Party was proposed in May 1938. At that time, *** proposed in the article "On Protracted War": "July 1 this year is the 17th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.
This is the first time that a leading comrade has explicitly pointed out that "1 July" is the anniversary of the birth of the party.
At that time, the founders of the party who had participated in the first congress in Yan'an were only *** and Dong Biwu. They recalled that the First National Congress had been held in July, but they could not remember the exact date of the meeting. Due to the lack of archival materials, it was impossible to verify it for a while, so July 1 was designated as the anniversary of the birth of the party.
The opening date of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China was not clearly verified by Party history workers until the end of the 70s of the 20th century, and the date of the First National Congress was determined to be July 23, 1921 according to the newly discovered historical materials and research results. Although the party's birth day has been revealed, considering that people have become accustomed to taking July 1 as the anniversary of the party's birth, the CCP has decided to still set July 1 every year as the anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

Correct the answer downstairs, because there were only two founders of the party who had participated in the first congress in Yan'an at that time, and they recalled that the first congress was held in July, but they could not remember the exact date of the meeting, lack of archival materials, and could not be verified for a while, so they determined July 1 as the anniversary of the birth of the party, so the founding day of the party was the anniversary of the birth of the Communist Party of China rather than the founding day of the party.
