According to Article 6 of the Measures for the Administration of Public Security in the Hotel Industry, hotels must register for the accommodation of tourists. At the time of registration, the passenger's identity document shall be checked and the specified items shall be truthfully registered.
To receive accommodation for foreign tourists, the accommodation registration form shall also be submitted to the local public security organ within 24 hours.

Article 5 Hotels should be kept at a safe distance from factories and warehouses that produce and store flammable, explosive, highly toxic, radioactive and other dangerous goods.
Article 6 Hotel buildings must be sturdy and safe, meet the relevant building standards, and should have safety, fire protection and other equipment, and their entrances and exits and passages should be convenient for personnel evacuation and passage.
Seasonal and temporary hotels, including tents and board houses for receiving tourists from the cautious and blind and temporary accommodation and rooms for temporary reception of tourists, should have the conditions and equipment for the safety of passengers.
The entrances and exits, passages and safety facilities of hotels opened in residential buildings or courtyards must be separated, and the normal order and safety of residents must not be affected.
Article 7 Kuanbo Hotel shall formulate instructions for passengers, establish a system of hall verification, guest registration, on-duty accommodation, etc., implement a safety post responsibility system, and earnestly do a good job in preventing special, anti-theft, fire prevention and other public security disasters.
Article 8 When the hotel receives passengers for accommodation, the full-time staff of the Zen booth shall check their identity documents and carefully fill in the passenger accommodation registration book. Hotels that have not been designated by the public security organs are not allowed to accept undocumented passengers.
The hotel shall regularly send the passenger accommodation registration book to the local public security police station for inspection.
