China Association of Staff Education and Vocational Training (hereinafter referred to as China Vocational Association) is a national association with legal personality, which is composed of departments or individuals engaged in employee education, vocational training and vocational skills appraisal in various enterprises, institutions and administrative units at all levels across the country.

Organize, promote and carry out theoretical and academic research on employee education, vocational training and vocational skills appraisal to meet the needs of society, and provide reference and suggestions for the decision-making of grassroots work and leading departments.

Participate in the research and formulation of relevant national laws, regulations and policies.

Carry out relevant business training, investigation and research, consulting and implementation of related business work.

The highest authority of the Chinese Society of Vocational and Technical Education is the member congress. The Council is elected by the General Assembly and is the executive body of the General Assembly, leading the daily work of the General Assembly when it is not in session, and is responsible to the General Assembly. The Association has a Standing Council, which exercises the relevant duties of the Council when the Council is not in session.

The office of the Chinese Society of Vocational and Technical Education is the secretariat, and the daily work is presided over by the secretary-general. The Secretariat has offices and so on.

On February 23, 2013, the fourth member congress of the China Association of Vocational and Technical Education was held in Beijing, and the fourth council and the new list of executive directors, vice presidents, presidents and secretaries-general were elected.

The association has three working bodies: the Academic Committee, the Training and Exchange Department, and the Foreign Cooperation and Information Service Department. There are working committees around teaching, management, scientific research, moral education, students, and teaching materials; There are a total of 21 branches, including professional committees and higher vocational and technical education research associations, which focus on vocational guidance, vocational teachers, technical secondary schools, vocational high schools, rural areas and agriculture, cities, ethnic minorities, light industry, business, periodicals, vocational education equipment, rail transit, medicine, and health education. They carry out the tasks of the association.

The Council's directors are broadly representative. Among the 214 directors, 100 are representatives of local societies; 31 representatives of departments, industries and their associations and social organizations; 33 representatives of universities, scientific research institutions, experts and scholars are specially listed; 22 representatives of branches and internal institutions of the Society; 8 enterprise representatives; 15 representatives of the Ministry of Education and its directly affiliated units; There are 5 representatives of the special staff of the society.

The China Vocational Association is headed by Chen Jinhua, Jing Shuping, Zhang Jinfu, Sun Qimeng, and Yuan Baohua, who are rich in experience and influence in the economic and staff education circles, as honorary presidents, and senior leaders of the staff education and vocational training departments, He Guang, Yang Jike, and Pu Tongxiu, senior advisers, and Comrade Lin Yongsan, deputy director of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, as the president.
