How to make a neon effect with channels in PS

It can be done with the effect of the wind.

1. First open PS, then press CTRL+O to open a **, and then select the channel panel.

2. Then select the black triangle under the channel, and then select the command to separate the channel, and then ** will be separated into three separate channels: red, green and blue.

3. Then click the black triangle below the channel, select Merge Channel, select Multi-channel, the number of channels is 2, click OK <>
