According to the spirit of the Ministry of Personnel's "Interim Regulations on the Evaluation of the Professional Level of Management Consultants" and the "Notice on the Implementation Measures for the Professional Level Examination of Management Consultants" (Ministry of Human Resources), the Ministry of Personnel shall guide, supervise and manage the implementation of the professional level examination of management consultants, and the China Enterprise Confederation shall be specifically responsible for the organization and implementation of the professional level examination of management consultants. At present, the national management consultant professional qualification certification is divided into four series: assistant management consultant, management consultant, senior management consultant, and international certified management consultant (CMC), which is the only professional qualification series certification for comprehensive enterprise management in China.

Management consultant certification is mainly for the management of more than three years of enterprise management personnel and consulting professionals, by the national unified examination, the examination passed, by the China Enterprise Confederation issued by the Ministry of Personnel with the supervision of the "People's Republic of China Management Consultant Professional Level Certificate", the certificate of personnel, can be hired to undertake the business work of enterprise management consulting, the employer can be hired as an economist or accountant professional and technical positions as needed.

In fact, if you are already in a consulting management company, the rest depends on your communication with the boss and customers to gain trust, and it is not very important whether you have a qualification certificate or not.

Of course, if you are a professional in consulting management, such as engineering consulting management, you must have at least a graduation certificate in a related major.

Those who abide by national laws and regulations, abide by professional ethics, and have one of the following conditions can apply to participate in the national unified examination for management consultants:

1) Obtain a college degree in economics or management, and have been engaged in management consulting and related business for at least 6 years.

2) Obtain a bachelor's degree in economics or management, and have been engaged in management consulting and related business for at least 4 years.

3) Obtain a master's degree in economics or management, and have been engaged in management consulting and related business for at least 2 years.

4) Obtain a doctorate degree in economics or management, and have been engaged in management consulting and related business for at least 1 year.

5) Obtain the above academic qualifications or degrees in non-economics or management majors, and the number of years of work in management consulting and related business will be increased by 2 years.

6) Obtain the qualification certificate of economist and accountant (accounting qualification certificate) or economic vocational (executive) qualification certificate through the national unified examination, and engage in management consulting and related business work for at least 1 year.

7) Hong Kong and Macao residents who apply to participate in the examination shall submit their identity certificates, corresponding professional academic qualifications or degree certificates recognized by the education administrative department, and proof of working hours in the profession when registering.

2. Applicants must go to the designated place for on-site qualification review with the "application materials" within the time announced by the local government.

3. Applicants shall obtain the admission ticket within the specified time and in the manner prescribed by the region.

Article 1 The China Enterprise Confederation is responsible for the implementation and daily management of the management consultant professional level examination (hereinafter referred to as the management consultant examination). The Personnel Examination Center of the Ministry of Personnel guides the China Enterprise Confederation in the implementation of examination affairs.

Article 2 The management consultant examination sets up two subjects: "Enterprise Management Consulting Practice" and "Enterprise Management Consulting Case Analysis".

The exam is conducted over 2 half-day periods. The examination time for "Business Management Consulting Practice" is 3 hours, and the examination time for "Business Management Consulting Case Analysis" is one hour.

Article 3 The personnel who take the examination must pass the examination of all subjects within one examination year in order to obtain the "Professional Level Certificate of Management Consultants of the People's Republic of China".

Article 4 The personnel who sign up for the examination shall meet the registration conditions stipulated in the "Interim Provisions on the Evaluation of the Professional Level of Management Consultants". The applicant shall submit the application in person, bring the relevant supporting materials according to the regulations, and register at the designated examination management institution. After passing the examination by the examination management body, the applicant will be issued an admission ticket.

Applicants should take the examination at the designated time and place with the admission ticket and relevant certificates.

Article 5 The examination time for management consultants is scheduled for the second quarter of each year. The test center shall be set up in some provincial capitals or municipalities directly under the central government's colleges and universities, technical colleges or designated schools for the college entrance examination as needed.

Article 6 Adhere to the principle of separating examination from professional training, and all personnel who participate in examination work (including propositions and organization and management) are not allowed to participate in examinations or hold training related to the content of examinations. Candidates participate in relevant training on a voluntary basis.

Article 7 of the management consultant professional level examination related items of the fee standard, subject to the approval of the local administrative department, and to the public, subject to public supervision.

Article 8 The examination and examination work should strictly implement the relevant rules and regulations for the examination work, conscientiously do a good job of keeping the test papers confidential in the process of ordering, printing, and sending them, strictly abide by the confidentiality system, and strictly prevent the leakage of secrets.

Article 9 Examination personnel should strictly abide by the discipline of examination work and conscientiously implement the examination avoidance system. Violations of examination discipline and relevant regulations shall be dealt with in accordance with the Regulations on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Violations in the Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination (Order No. 3 of the Ministry of Personnel).
