My printer doesn t print

Printer Installation:

Turn on the power of the printer and make sure that the signal cable of the printer is connected to the computer host, then click "Start" - "Settings" - "Printer", and double-click "Add Printer".

The Add Printer Wizard appears, click Next

Select Local Printer, and then click Next

A selection screen appears, please select your printer make and printer model, then click Next, if your printer's model is not in the list, click "Install from disk", then select the location of the driver, and once you find the printer model, click "Next."

Then give the printer a name, and generally don't change it, and you're asked, "Do you want the application in your Windows environment to treat this printer as the default?" If you only have one printer to use, then select "Yes", if you have other printers to use, you can consider which one to use as the default printer, the default printer means that when you need to print a document, if you do not select a printer and press "Print", the content will be printed from the default printer, click "Next" after selection

In this place, you need to select an output port for the printer, generally select the LPT1 printer port, complete the installation of the printer, you can choose whether to print the test page to judge whether the printer installation is correct, and finally click Finish to end the installation of the printer.

If your printer cartridge runs out of ink or the printer is jammed, it won't print.

The printer doesn't print what's going on.

It may be because your printer is not online properly.

It's also possible that your computer doesn't set your current printer as the default, or you manually paused printing, or your printing program doesn't set the default Lee's printer device correctly. Here's a closer look:

1. Check whether the printer is online, there will generally be an online indicator on the control panel of the printer, which will be in a solid state under normal circumstances, if the indicator is not lit or flashing, it means that the online is not normal;

2. Open [Start] - [Settings] - [Printer] to check whether the current printer is the default printer, if you don't find the printer, you need to click the [Add Printer] icon, and then install it according to the prompts;

3. Check whether the current destroyed printer has been set to pause printing. You can right-click the printer icon in the Printer window, check for a small tick on the Pause Printing option in the drop-down menu that appears, and cancel the small tick.

The printer has been paused because it has entered the temporary key stop state, and the specific operation method of lifting it is as follows:

1. Method 1: First, find the printer that has entered the paused state, and there are two buttons on the printer, a black and white button and a color button.

2. Press and hold these two buttons at the same time, for more than 5 seconds, you can start the Mushan Qiao printer and lift the pause state.

3. Method 2: Click on the small triangle in the lower right corner of the main page of the computer to show the hidden icon, <>4. Click the printer icon to see that the status of the printer is paused.

5. Click on the printer, uncheck "Pause Printing", and wait for the printer status to display as normal printing.
