When importing, or when you double-click the Clips Added list to adjust the speed to, the Preview Capture dialog box pops up. Note that if you set the speed to faster or slower, the duration will change. You'll need to adjust the rest of the footage on the timeline to your project's needs to make sure everything is properly aligned and in sync.

8. Click on the sequence at the top of the interface to render the effect from the In point to the Out point.
