Article 9 The fire protection design and construction of construction projects must conform to the national fire protection technical standards for engineering construction. Article 12 If a construction project shall be subject to fire protection design review by the fire department of the public security organ in accordance with the law, if it has not been reviewed in accordance with the law or the audit is unqualified, the department responsible for examining and approving the construction permit shall not give the construction permit, and the construction unit and the construction unit shall not carry out the construction; If other construction projects fail to pass the random inspection in accordance with the law after obtaining the construction permit, the construction shall be stopped.

Article 13 After the completion of the construction project that needs to be designed for fire protection in accordance with the national technical standards for fire protection in engineering construction, the fire protection acceptance and filing shall be carried out in accordance with the following provisions:

1) For the construction projects provided for in Article 11 of this Law, the construction unit shall apply to the fire department of the public security organ for fire protection acceptance;

2) For other construction projects, the construction unit shall report to the fire department of the public security organ for the record after acceptance, and the fire department of the public security organ shall conduct spot checks.

Construction projects that shall be subject to fire protection acceptance in accordance with the law are prohibited from being put into use if they have not been accepted for fire protection or are unqualified for fire protection acceptance; If other construction projects fail to pass random inspections in accordance with law, they shall be stopped.

Article 14 The specific measures for fire protection design review, fire protection acceptance, filing and random inspection of construction projects shall be prescribed by the public security department.

Article 15: Before public gathering places are put into use or operated, the construction unit or user unit shall apply to the fire department of the local people's ** public security organ at or above the county level where the venue is located for fire safety inspection.
