1. Method 1:

1) Perform a forced recovery operation.

2) Turn off and press and hold the volume up button and the power button of the phone at the same time (some phones use the volume down button + power button) until the phone is turned on, and the following options will appear: reboot system now: Reboot system now: Wipe Data Factory reset:

In Settings = Fingerprint & Passcode = Screen Lock Mode, turn off Passcode.
