OUTLOOK BACKUP MAIL PROBLEM

Please use the Outlook in the office setup, the Outlook built by Windows has a capacity limit of 2G, beyond which it will delete the email by itself.

You can import emails directly with Office Outlook, you just need to back up C: documents and settings username local settings application data Microsoft Outlook The following files are fine, just copy them to a machine with Outlook, add mailbox data and you can see it.

If you're going to use mailbox software, you're better off using Foxmail than Outlook. It is recommended that you use foxmail. Easy to manage.

1. First of all, the computer needs to install Microsoft Outlook mailbox software.

2. Open your Microsoft Outlook mailbox.

3. Open the file menu in the upper left corner, and select --- in the drop-down bar to open --- Outlook data.

4. Find the location where you saved the Outlook email before, select it, and click to open it.

5. Open all mail items in the left menu.

6. Click on the personal folder, where you can see the previously archived emails you just opened.

In the Import & Export Wizard, select the action you want to perform, select Export to File, and click Next.

In Export to File, select Outlook Data File as the type of file you want to create, and click Next to select the file storage location. The next time you need this data is in the import on it.

If you want to save and backup a single message, you can click File ---Save As--- select the location where you want to save the file. If you want to view, you can directly open it with Outlook2013.

You need to create an account first, and then import it to your mailbox! As long as you specify the address, you can add the address to the tool--option--email format--data file.

Open Outlook, select: Tools -> Options -> Mail Settings -> Data Files -> New.

Create a new PST file (in order to make it easier to find, choose the path to find the place that is easy to find), and then click OK, then you can see the new personal folder added on the left side of Outlook, copy the mail you want to transfer, close Outlook, and then move your new PST file to another computer with a share or U disk, on that computer select: Tools - > Options - > Mail Settings - > Data File - > create a new path to select the past PST you copied, Then click OK.

This way, you'll be able to see the emails to the left of the outook.

The first is to save the email as an enveloped EML file.

The second way is to save the entire mail file.

In the open folder, that is the folder in Outlook. You can put it all inside. dbx files are copied to other places for backup.

Import: Open Outlook, File --Import --Mail, select, and then point to the backup folder, you can import all the emails.

First, select the email saving settings in the toolbar, create a save path in the local hard disk, set the archive, and export the emails from the server to the local hard disk.

There are two ways you can make a backup, I take outlook2007 as an example:

1. Outlook has an auto-archiving function, which can be set to a certain interval for auto-archiving;

First open Outlook, click on the menu bar Tools - Options, select Other, click on Auto-Archive, you can set it up, and then the old projects (i.e. mail and tasks) will be automatically archived and backed up;

2. Manually back up Outlook data files.

First, open Outlook, click on the menu bar Tools - Account Settings, click on the data file, view the location of the data file, and then find the data file under the corresponding hard disk for backup;

In addition, when creating a new data file, try to put it under the drive letter other than the C drive, regularly check the size of the data file, if it is too large and often damaged, resulting in email loss and other impacts, so if the email is greater than 4MB -10MB, it is recommended to create a new data file, and back up an original data file at the same time.
