Why is there no task manager, why is the task manager not working anymore?

First, click on the start menu, click "Run", and type regedit in the pop-up box to open the registry.

Then find the hkey current user.

In the right-hand window, right-click New - DWORD Value. Name it disabletaskmgr and turn on Set the numeric data to 00000000.

Create a new text document.

Then modify the file extension to. reg

Double-click Run to prompt if you want to add to the registry. Click OK.

Run Open Group Policy.

Then find "Delete Task Manager" on the right side of the user configuration - management template - system - ctrl+alt+dele option.

Double-click to open, select "Not configured" or "Disabled" in the settings tab, and press OK.

Double-click on a blank space in Task Manager.

What to do if the task manager doesn't open.
