Of course, there are also disadvantages to sanda: for example, the hand-to-hand technique will suffer in real street fighting, at least it will not have an armed advantage, one-on-one fighting makes many practitioners not accustomed to one-to-many fighting, and the thinking of scoring points has great limitations in street fighting, etc. But these do not hide its advantages.

It depends on what the rules are. If you let go of the fight, MMA (mixed martial arts) is undoubtedly very advantageous, and you can still fight after taking it down. Their fighters are the most well-rounded.

Sanda is the best in actual combat.
