Thomas Alva Edison (1847-1931): American, despite attending school for only a few months as a child, was insulted as an "imbecile" who was "stupid and obtuse" and dropped out of school. He came home with tears in his eyes and asked his mother to teach him to read, and made up his mind:
When I grow up, I want to make a career in the world. At home, Edison liked to tinker with weird little experiments, and sometimes he had to make jokes and make a little mess. His father wouldn't allow him to do any more small experiments, and Edison was so anxious that he said bluntly
If you don't want me to do experiments, how can you study knowledge? How can you make a career? Dad and Mom listened to his words and were so moved that they had to withdraw the "ban".
Through unremitting efforts, in addition to his inventions and contributions in the phonograph, electric light, telegraph, film, etc., he also has many famous creations and insights in the fields of mining, construction, chemical industry, etc., and has become a famous inventor and is known as the "King of Invention". Edison made about 2,000 inventions in his lifetime and made great contributions to human civilization and progress. The IQ is said to be 160.
Edison was also a great entrepreneur, in 1879, Edison founded the "Edison Electric Lighting Company", in 1880, incandescent lamps were put on sale, and in 1890, Edison had already organized its various businesses into the Edison General Electric Company. In 1891, Edison's thin filament, high-vacuum incandescent bulb was patented. In 1892, the Tom 6 1 Houston Company merged with the Edison Electric Lighting Company to form the General Electric Company, beginning a century-long dominance of General Electric in the electrical field.

Deng Jiaxian (
He is a Chinese nuclear physicist and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Born in Huaining, Anhui Province, he graduated from the Department of Physics of Southwest Associated University in 1945 and received his Ph.D. in Physics from Purdue University in 1950. He is mainly engaged in nuclear physics, theoretical physics, neutron physics, plasma physics, statistical physics and fluid mechanics and has made outstanding achievements.
Since 1958, he has organized and led the development of basic theoretical research on detonation physics, fluid mechanics, equation of state, neutron transport, etc., and conducted a large number of simulation calculations and analyses of the physical process of the atomic bomb, thus taking the first step in China's independent research and design of nuclear weapons, leading the completion of the theoretical program of China's first atomic bomb, and participating in the detonation simulation test before the nuclear test. After the successful test of the atomic bomb, he immediately organized forces to explore the design principles of the hydrogen bomb, selected technical methods, and organized, led, and personally participated in the development and testing of China's first hydrogen bomb in 1967. Since the beginning of the 70s, he has worked hard in organizing, leading, and planning new nuclear work, and is an outstanding founder of China's nuclear theory.

Newton was very attentive to his scientific research, and often forgot about the small things in life. Once, when the old lady who was cooking for Newton had something to go out, she put her eggs on the table and said, "Sir! I'm going out to buy something, please boil your own eggs and eat it, the water is already boiling! ” >>>More
