You need to disable the DHCP function of the router, and then change the IP address of the router to the original network segment of yours.

1. Check the line connection, if the line connection is correct, but the WAN port indicator light is not on, then check whether the WAN port wiring has poor contact, etc., please try to replace the network cable connected to the WAN port;

2. Check the Internet access mode selection, log in to the router management interface, and check whether the Internet access mode of the WNA port is dynamic IP in Running Status and WAN Port Status. If it is abnormal, please follow the setup wizard to set up the router's dynamic IP again.

3. Bind the MAC address of the operator, connect the computer that was previously connected to the broadband Internet access separately to the LAN port of the router, log in to the management interface of the router, click to clone the MAC address, click to save and restart the router;

4. IP address segment conflict, if the use environment is the LAN, hotel, rental house and other environments, the IP address segment used by the front-end network of the router is the same as the address segment of the router, and the WAN port cannot obtain the IP address due to IP conflict, and the IP address of the router is modified to an IP address that is not in the same network segment as the LAN port;

5. Line adaptability problem, due to aging, poor quality or too long line, the WAN port cannot get the trace slippage parameters, try to adjust the rate and duplex mode of the router WAN port.
