Installation siteThe installation site should meet the following conditions:

l Do not install on flammable objects such as wood.
l Avoid direct sun exposure.
l No flammable, corrosive gases and liquids.
l No dust, oily dust, floating fibers and metal particles.
l The installation foundation is firm and vibration-free.
l No electromagnetic interference, away from interference sources.
Ambient temperature. In order to improve the reliability of the inverter's operation, please install it in a place with good ventilation conditions, and when using it in a closed box, please install a cooling fan or cooling air conditioner to keep the ambient temperature below 40°C.

2) Humidity. When the humidity is too high and the temperature changes greatly, the inverter is prone to condensation, and its insulation performance will be greatly reduced, and it may even cause a short circuit accident. If necessary, a desiccant and a heater must be added to the box.
3) Corrosive gases. If the concentration of corrosive gas is large in the use environment, it will not only corrode the leads and printed circuit boards of components, but also accelerate the aging of plastic devices and reduce the insulation performance.
4) Vibration and shock. Control cabinets equipped with frequency converters are subjected to mechanical vibrations and shocks, which can cause poor electrical contact. At this time, in addition to improving the mechanical strength of the control cabinet and keeping it away from vibration sources and shock sources, it is also necessary to use anti-seismic rubber pads to fix components such as electromagnetic switches outside and inside the control cabinet that generate vibration.
After the equipment has been running for a period of time, it should be inspected and maintained.
5) Prevent electromagnetic interference. Electric welding machines, power machinery.
6) Keep away from radioactive substances and combustibles.
7) Avoid direct sunlight.
8) Keep away from corrosive liquids and gases.
