What s going on with the computer suddenly going silent?

First of all, the computer is silent, but sometimes the problem is more complicated, involving both hardware and software problems. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the cause first, see if the software or hardware is malfunctioning, and then prescribe the right medicine for the problem. We must not mess around for unknown reasons, because if we don't do it, the system will be paralyzed, and the trouble will be big.

1. Check whether the sound card, cable, speaker and other equipment are connected normally; Run anti-virus software for anti-virus;

2. Right-click "My Computer" -- Properties -- Hardware -- Device Manager, and open "Sound, ** and Game Controller" to see if there is any yellow in front of you? "If so, reinstall the driver for this device to solve the problem;

4. 1.Confirm the output device status setting.

a.Enter [Sound Settings](1) in the Windows search bar, and then tap [Open](2).

4.System Restore.

If all the troubleshooting steps have been completed and the problem persists, do a system restore after the backup.
