Facing the sea and thinking: 1. A drop of water falls into the sea, and it and the molecules, atoms, quantum, mass, and energy of the sea....Dissolved together, does this drop of water still exist? (Without me, you are no different from all things).

2. The original drop of water dissolves in the sea, where is it? Where is it not? ...Origin and Harmony....One part of it and one of its other parts form a new drop of water. (With me, everywhere).

3. The law of the immortality of matter. (neither born nor destroyed, neither increased nor decreased).

Selflessness means that there is no more, and I just can't hear me anymore in my life.

The true meaning of selflessness is as follows:"I" means subjective. "Selflessness" means that one should look at oneself and everything from an objective point of view.

Human beings are different from other objective substances, human beings are conscious, and people often expand their own meaning and ability, and the "selfless" viewpoint tells people that human beings must be based on objective reality and cannot violate objective laws when doing things and thinking about problems.

Brief introduction. There is a sentence in "Zhuangzi: The Theory of Things": "There is no self unless there is no other, and there is nothing to be gained from the non-self."

It means that all kinds of modalities in the world are attached to "me" and are born, and there is a "me" as the subject, there are differences, such as the difference between you and me, the difference between me and him, as soon as there is a difference, all kinds of modalities arise, joy, anger, sorrow, happiness, and eloquence.

However, Zhuangzi said that the "me" in this concept of opposition is only a "false self", not a "true self", so it is necessary to break the opposite. "Zhuangzi Wandering" also said: "To the person without self", "without self" is "without self", which is the realm of the sage in Zhuangzi's mind.

Buddhist terms. There is no sense of personal opinion. It is said that all the phenomena of existence do not have a constant, self-dominated entity. No attachment to the self, no prejudice.

Selflessness is one of the five aggregates that the Buddha discovered, and the common aspects of the five aggregates are "impermanence, suffering, and selflessness"; What is "co-phase"? Co-phase refers to common characteristics. The Buddha said, "The one who has no self is not me, not what I am, not my self."

Selflessness with false righteousness. When contemplating impermanence, if the viewer is subjected to subduing lust and greed, and cutting off greed (anger); When we perceive impermanence, if we contemplate it, we know that it is not me, that it is not me, that it is not that we are, and that it is not our body.

The realm of selflessness

"Selflessness" is a state of wisdom, that is, the inner realization of the emptiness of all dharmas, without reversal, without obstacles, and without terror. After orderly practice, according to the teacher, listening and contemplating the precepts, you will eventually be able to attain this kind of wisdom. Selflessness does not mean that "there is no self", it does not mean that there is non-existence, but that the inner pair is removed"My attachment has shattered the delusion of "me".

Only by attaining selflessness can we become a Buddha; The state of selflessness as a Buddha and Bodhisattva should not be used as a prerequisite for one's own actions, but as the goal of one's practice. It is precisely because sentient beings have not attained "selflessness" that they need to practice.

Buddhism talks about selfless self-dissolving, without taking into account my own problems, nor taking into account whether the external environment has any kind of admiration, honor, or affirmation for me, and completely ignoring my position, just giving unconditionally without complaint or regret.
