Management of seconded staff:
1. During the secondment period, the seconded personnel shall be managed by the seconded department (unit), participate in the relevant activities of the seconded department (unit) (except for special provisions), and enjoy the same political education, professional training and other treatment as the staff of the seconded department (unit).
2.During the period of secondment, the personnel relationship between the seconded personnel and the original unit remains unchanged.
