The fourth stage: the end of carbonization.
When the temperature in the furnace reaches about 400 °C, there is no obvious temperature change after that, use a low flame to heat, when the smoke output of the smoke outlet is significantly reduced and lightened, the fire is extinguished, the fire is sealed, and the carbonization is finished.
The fourth stage takes about 40 minutes.
The fifth stage: cooling, carbon extraction process.
After the carbonization is completed, if no other cooling measures are taken, natural cooling is carried out and the fire is sealed. There are two types of fire sealing:
Method 1: Tell the cigarette mouth to be sealed, cooled, and the gloss of the surface of the carbon rod.
Good. This cooling time is about 16 hours.
Method 2: The smoke outlet is completely opened and cooled, this process is the same as the quality of the carbon output of method 1, and the surface is not shiny. This cooling time is about 16 hours.
In the above two ways, when the temperature in the furnace drops to about 40 °C, it is ideal to produce carbon.
Note: If the airflow carbonization furnace does not have a temperature measurement device or the temperature measurement device is damaged, the carbonization operation process shall be subject to 7-8 hours of warm fire firing, and the whole process of firing time is strictly forbidden to use large fire.
