The provisions of the "provisions" on primary and secondary schools and teachers paid to make up the behavior of punishment provisions: for primary and secondary schools that violate the above provisions, depending on the severity of the circumstances, the corresponding punishment such as circulating criticism, canceling the award qualifications, revoking honorary titles, etc., and investigate the responsibility of school leaders and the supervision responsibility of relevant departments; In-service primary and secondary school teachers who violate the above provisions shall be given criticism and education, admonishment and talk, ordered to inspect, circulated criticism and even corresponding administrative sanctions, depending on the severity of the circumstances.
