Yang Rongxin, 1 also known as Rongxin, formerly known as Rongxin, male, born in May 1931, is a native of Anyi County, Shanxi Province (now Yuncheng City). He graduated from the Law Department of Chinese University in July 1954 (undergraduate) and was assigned to the Department of Foreign Affairs for a postgraduate degree in international propaganda (four-year program), and was transferred to Beijing Zhengliang Liang Law School to teach.

Outstanding member of the Communist Party of China, famous jurist, legal educator, professor of China University of Political Science and Law, mentor of Boheng with students, honorary president of the China Law Society Wang Civil Procedure Law Research Association, president of the China Behavior Law Xingqiao Association Executive Behavior Research Association, Professor Yang Rongxin, a special allowance expert, died in Beijing on March 28, 2012 at the age of 81.
