All enterprises engaged in the performing arts equipment industry within the territory of the People's Republic of China and have obtained the business license of industrial and commercial legal persons in accordance with the law, as well as relevant institutions, scientific research institutes, performance groups, colleges and universities, etc., who meet the following conditions, can submit a written application and become a unit member of the Association after approval.

China Association of Performing Arts is a state-level social organization under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture of China, and is a national, industry-based, non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by performance business entities and performance practitioners. 1. The China Performance Industry Association accepts the business guidance, supervision and management of the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the professional supervisory unit, and the registration and management authority of associations.
