5. Modification, rescission, termination and renewal of the contract.

4. Party A may terminate the contract under any of the following circumstances.
1) Serious violation of labor discipline or Party A's rules and regulations;

4) Those who have been investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with law.
5. Under any of the following circumstances, Party A may terminate the contract, but shall notify Party B in writing 30 days in advance:
1) Party B is unable to work as a driver due to illness or injury;
2) Party B is not competent for the job;
3) The parties cannot reach an agreement on amending the contract in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 5 of this contract.
6. If Party B terminates this contract in advance, it shall notify Party A in writing 30 days in advance, otherwise it shall pay liquidated damages to Party A.
7. Upon the expiration of this contract, both parties may renew the labor contract after negotiation and agreement.
6. If the matters not covered in this contract or are contrary to the relevant provisions of the state, the relevant provisions shall be implemented.
