Advantages of using the T-slot of an injection molding machine.
1. Due to the distance between the screw holes of the injection molding machine template, the mold cannot be guaranteed and the danger of the mold falling is very large, and a lot of time is lost when replacing the mold.
2. Because the screw hole is easy to wear, it needs to be continuously remade, which will bring a lot of inconvenience, but the processing of one-time T-slot can be maintained until the machine is abandoned.
3. If the T-groove is used, the screws can move freely in the T-groove, which can completely avoid the danger of the mold falling to the ground, and can reduce the time of replacing the mold for more than 3 hours. (It only takes 30 minutes to 50 minutes to change a set of molds with a T-slot).
4. With the addition of three screw holes, a T-groove can be processed, which is of great benefit to the production efficiency and profit of injection molding machine enterprises.

The process of installing the mold on the injection molding machine is as follows:
1. The installation method of the mold positioning ring of the injection molding machine:
A first press the [open mold] button to open the machine to the highest, and then press the [seat retreat] button to make the seat into the cylinder and retreat to the end.
bPut the mold on the lower plate, use the [mold adjustment] button, press the [mold close] button, make the upper template stop from a certain position of the mold (about 15mm), readjust the position of the mold positioning ring and the center of the mold on the platen, and then press the [mold clamping] button until the upper template and the mold are close together.
cTurn off the motor, and then fix the mold with a pressure plate or directly fix it with screws, and the mold installation is completed.
dSet the pressure, speed, position and time of opening and closing the mold.
2. Installation method of moldless positioning ring of injection molding machine:
A first press the [open mold] button to open the machine to the highest, and then press the [seat retreat] button to make the seat into the cylinder and retreat to the end.
b. Put the mold on the lower template, use the [mold adjustment] button, press the [mold close] button, so that the upper template is released when it is a certain position (about 15mm) from the mold, and stop the mold clamping action.
C press the [seat in] button, when the nozzle is about to touch the mold sprue let go, and then from the front and back to the left and right visual nozzle is facing the sprue, adjust the mold position to make the two completely consistent, first press [seat back] to keep the nozzle away from the gate, and then in the sprue mouth by a piece of tissue paper or a little ink, and then press [seat in] to make the nozzle contact the mold gate, and finally take out the paper to observe its traces or observe the traces of the ink to determine, if not, readjust.
dPress the [Seat Retreat] button to set the seat back to the end. Then press the [Mold Close] button to make the upper plate and the mold close, turn off the motor, and fix the mold with a pressure plate or screws.
eSet the pressure, speed, position and time of opening and closing the mold.

First adjust the equipment, mainly to adjust the thickness of the mold, and hoist the mold to the appropriate height to align the mold positioning ring with the positioning hole of the injection molding machine. Then start the injection molding machine to close the mold, and put on the fixture.

The upper mold needs to be carried out manually, and all the following mechanical operations should be carried out in the state of manual or mold adjustment, and the oil pump motor should be turned off before manual operation to ensure the safety of the operator.
1 Start the oil pump motor.
2. Open the mold to make the template open.
3 Move the injection seat backwards.
4 Turn off the oil pump motor.
If the moving template is in the mold opening stop position, step 1 step 4 can not be done.
5. Adjust the position and number of thimble pins to make them fit the mold.
6. Lift the paired die flaps, put them into the template (when inserting, be careful not to let the mold collide with the tie rod and other machine parts), and load the positioning ring into the mounting hole on the fixed template, so that the mold plane is attached to the installation surface of the fixed platen.
When lifting, it should be made sure that the front and rear molds will not be separated.
7. Use bolts, mold pressing plates, pressure plate cushions, flat washers, spring washers, etc. to fix the fixed template part of the mold on the fixed template, and it is not necessary to use a large locking force at this time. Prevent screw holes from slipping.
The depth h of the screw should be a multiple of the center of the bolt diameter.
8 Start the oil pump motor.
9: Close the mold in a jogging mode, so that the moving template is gradually in contact with the mold until it is tightly attached.
10. After the mold is completely closed, the alignment of the mold gate center under the nozzle center and the adjustment of reliable contact should be carried out to ensure that the nozzle center is accurately aligned with the mold gate center. Alternately place the injection seat switch to the middle and forward positions before actual contact, and if the nozzle is not properly aligned to the center, it can be adjusted up and down and left and right as needed. Loosen the fastening bolts on the front and rear guide rod holders of the injection seat and the lock nuts on both sides.
Adjust the nozzle height adjustment screw as needed, correct the upper and lower deviations, adjust the left and right adjustment screws of the nozzle, and correct the damage of the left and right or the electric heating ring.
11: Turn off the oil pump motor.
12. Tighten the mold pressing plate bolt on the platen and lock the mold on the platen.
13. Tighten the mold pressing plate bolt on the moving template as the pressing plate on the fixed template, and lock the mold on the moving template. The bolts should be tightened firmly to ensure that the mold does not fall when the mold is opened.
14. Remove the belt or steel rope used for hoisting.
15. Set the position, pressure and speed of the opening and closing mold, especially the high-pressure clamping pressure is set to the pressure required by the molded product.
16 Start the oil pump motor.
17. From the opening of the mold to the end position of the mold, adjust the speed of the mold, and the position of the slow speed should be greater than the position of the high pressure of the mold closing.
18. Setting of switching mode and adjusting mold parameters.
19: Close the safety door and select the automatic mold adjustment status.
20 The machine will automatically adjust the mold, and after the mold adjustment is completed, the machine will return to manual.
21 Press the mold closing button to close the mold, and after the mold is closed, turn off the oil pump motor.
22 Tighten all the bolts of the fastening mold again.
23. Connect other pipes related to the mold, such as cooling water pipes, etc. Confirm that there are no faulty connections in the water pipes.
