In October 1935, the Red Army's Long March triumphantly arrived in northern Shaanxi. The victory of the Long March was the key to turning the Chinese revolution from crisis to safety, and it was also the beginning of a new situation in the Chinese revolution. In late January 1936, the Red Army, under the leadership of the Party and Comrade ***, prepared to cross the Yellow River to the east.

At the beginning of February, Comrade *** led his troops to Yuanjiagou, Qingjian County, northern Shaanxi, a small mountain village less than half a day's journey from the Yellow River. "Spring Snow in Qinyuan" was written at this time. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, on August 28, 1945, Comrade *** went to Chongqing in person and held 43 days of negotiations with the Kuomintang.

During this period, Liu Yazi, a well-known patriotic nationalist person, asked for a sentence (asking for poetry) and gave him the handwritten book "Spring Snow in Qinyuan", which was later published in the evening magazine of Xinmin Daily on November 14, 1945. The writing and publication of this poem was of great significance at the beginning of a new revolutionary period.

This poem was first published in the January 1957 issue of Poetry Magazine. Prior to this, in October 1945, *** had given this poem to Liu Yazi in Chongqing (see "Seven Laws and Mr. Liu Yazi" Suo Ju Yuzhou Ye Zhenghuang Note), so it was copied and published by Chongqing's "Xinmin Daily Evening Magazine" on November 14, and other newspapers have been ** since then, but there are many errors and insufficient evidence. On January 8, 1951, the "Wen Wei Po Supplement" published the ink version of the poem given to Liu Yazi by the author.

On August 28, 1945, *** flew from Yan'an to Chongqing and held negotiations with the Kuomintang for 43 days. During this period, Liu Yazi repeatedly gave poems to Mao, and on October 7, Mao Shu gave back this word.

"Qinyuan Spring Snow" is a poem composed in February 1936 (the year of Bingzi) in Liucun, Shilou County, Shanxi Province.

The poems are divided into two parts, the upper one describes the snow scene of the northern country that is warm and cold, showing the magnificent mountains and rivers of the great motherland; Chairman Xia Yu sighed at the magnificence of the mountains and rivers of the motherland, and led to heroes such as the Qin Emperor and Han Wu, and talked about the heroes of the past dynasties.

Poetic: The scenery of the north, thousands of miles of ice and freezing, thousands of miles of snowflakes drifting. Looking inside and outside the Great Wall, there is only an endless white expanse left; Up and down the vast Yellow River, it suddenly lost its surging water potential.

The country is so charming that countless heroes have fallen for it. It's a pity that Qin Shi Huang and Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty are slightly inferior in literary talent; Tang Taizong and Song Taizu are slightly inferior to the merits of Wenzhi. Genghis Khan, the figure of the first hero, only knew how to draw a bow and shoot eagles.
