The Shanghai World Expo will be issued to households with permanent residents who have lived in the city for more than half a year, and one set will be issued to each household.
There are four main categories: first, families with household registration in the city, except for collective household registration; the second is a family holding a residence permit in the city; the third is a family that has held a temporary residence permit in the city for more than half a year (husband and wife live together, or parents and children live together, two or more people); Fourth, the family of foreigners who have completed residence registration for more than half a year.
Since the date of the announcement of the plan, the city has publicized and organized preparations. Sub-district and township police substations are to uniformly provide the "two real" data to the neighborhood (village) committees. The neighborhood (village) committee verifies the statistics through surveys and other forms, registers the households that meet the conditions for distribution, and provides them to the neighborhoods as the basis for the distribution of the amount.
During the distribution period, all districts and counties in the city will post notices in the neighborhood (village) committee, announcing the detailed rules for the issuance of free tickets and promos, the conditions and documents that must be provided for citizens to receive free tickets and promos, and the distribution time of each district and county.
Starting on May 15, the city will distribute it in batches. For households with household registration in the city, they will be issued with the household registration booklet, and the cadres of the neighborhood (village) committee shall affix the seal of Haibao commemorative seal to the main column of the household registration booklet.
For families who have held a residence permit or temporary residence permit for more than half a year, as well as families of foreigners who have completed residence registration for more than half a year, the number of households will be verified at the door, and the relevant certificates (certificates) will be issued after verifying that they meet the requirements of a family and have lived in Shanghai for more than half a year.
The deadline for changing all types of documents is March 31, 2010.
