It is impossible to return the goods after half a year, mainly because the high-frequency head is broken, and it can be replaced with an original one.

First of all, check whether there is no accompanying sound, if not, you can use the following methods to judge:

1、Press the screen with your fingers,See if there is a white light socks in the place of pressure,This is to judge whether the backlight is normal,2、Observe whether there is light transmission inside from the heat dissipation window behind the TV,If the backlight is not bright,It must be a problem with the power output of the display screen;

3. Turn on the flashlight to shine on the screen, you should vaguely see the image, if you can see it, it may be that the high-voltage circuit or LCD tube is damaged, if there is no image, it may be that the digital board is damaged or there is a problem with the screen cable.

4. It is also possible that the backlight plate is broken.

1.Try powering off and restarting the TV.

2.If the TV has a black screen from time to time, the screen is disliked, and the screen is flashing, please update the TV system cavity first.

3.Enter recovery mode to clear the data and turn it on.

The fourth point above is mostly faulty.

The display screen is black, which means that the display has not been destroyed, and Lu Yu has received the display signal of the host graphics card.

1. Check the connection between the monitor and the graphics card, whether the contact is good.

2. Check whether the graphics card and the motherboard are in good contact, whether the graphics card is working properly, clean the gold finger of the graphics card, and try to plug and unplug it again.

3. Check that the host is not turned on normally due to problems such as poor memory contact (the hard disk light does not jump, and there is no sound entering the system [if there is a speaker]).

4. Try to connect the host to another monitor, if it does not light up, it proves that it is a problem with the main fiber section machine, check the graphics card, memory, and motherboard with the replacement method to find out the damaged hardware.

5. If you can display it when you connect to another monitor, it is still the same if you replace it with the original monitor, and the display is damaged and needs to be repaired.

If there is a single display or an integrated display, do not connect it to the output of the integrated display.

Causes and solutions for the black screen of LCD TV.

One. The first thing to determine is whether it is a problem with the motherboard or the backlight board, you can check if the indicator light is responding, if even the indicator light is not on, you need to check the power part of the motherboard.

1.Use a multimeter to measure the working points of each main power supply, whether the fuse is blown, if the fuse is blown, disconnect the power supply, use the resistance file to measure whether there is a short circuit at the main power supply working point, and if there is a short circuit, you should carefully find the wire (whether the circuit board copper foil is short-circuited) and each related component (whether it is damaged, whether it is connected to tin).

2.If there is no short circuit, it can be repaired with reference to the white screen phenomenon to ensure that the input and output of the voltage and signal at each working point are in normal working condition.

Two. If the motherboard is working properly, check the backlight board.

1.Check that the motherboard-to-backlight board connection is in contact with the main good.

2.Use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the backlight, there must be a 12V power supply voltage, a switching voltage and a 0-5V backlight adjustment voltage, the switching voltage of the backlight is the most important, if there is no voltage or the voltage is too low, check whether the output level of the MCU and the working state of the transistor are normal, pay attention to whether there is a short circuit, and replace the components if necessary.
