In another case, when the machine is stopped, if there is debris stuck in the ball of the bottom valve, the water in the sewage lift pump will leak quickly, but the worker who operates the pump does not know that when the machine is turned on, he will think that there is water in the pump, and when it is invented, basically the sewage lift pump has been hung up.
Therefore, we should not pin our hopes on the operator, but should consider how to simplify the operation error of the worker. That's what we're working towards! Because, people are the most difficult factor to control.

1) Sound inspection: When air or solids are sucked in from the suction tube, abnormal sounds are emitted, and vibration increases, and when the pointer of the suction side pressure gauge changes, air is often mixed in.
2) Vibration check: Please pay attention in advance to whether it will cause idling phenomenon or vibration with poor installation, please adjust the discharge amount with the valve on the discharge side, and do not close the valve on the suction side (3) Others: Pay attention to the discharge pressure, suction pressure, flow rate, and current value, if these abnormal changes or falls, it may be that there is a solid object blocking on the suction side or inhaling air, etc.

1) Usually, after the pump discharge valve is fully closed, when it is stopped, the suction side is closed first, and it becomes cavitation corrosion, and there will be an accident of burnout.
2) When the intake state is running, close the suction valve after stopping.
3) When the power is stopped due to power failure during operation, cut the power switch first, and close the discharge valve by hand at the same time.
Precautions for long-term shutdown of plastic acid and alkali resistant self-priming pumps.
When stopping for a long time, the liquid in the pump should be cleaned, but if the liquid pumped in winter freezes, it will crack or destroy due to volume expansion, so please be careful.
Other precautions for plastic acid and alkali resistant self-priming pumps.
1) For the borrowed pump installed in the piping, please operate it from time to time and confirm that it can be used at any time.
2) When the pump is idling, the bearing of the pump may burn out and cause a fatal accident, and it must not be run dry at will.
4) Please use it in the specified discharge amount and head, and do not use it in very little or too large discharge volume.
