Organized Crime and Triad Bureau (OCB; Organized Crime and Triad Bureau (OCTB) was established in 1957 under the Crime Division of the Crime and Security Department of the Hong Kong Police Force.
The Bureau pools resources and expertise to combat highly complex crime syndicates, including money laundering, and to trace, freeze and confiscate their illicit assets.
