Why do people fall asleep?
Satisfied. Scientists have found that falling asleep or waking up is the result of hormonal confrontation in the body. A team of French and Swiss scientists said they had demonstrated for the first time that an area at the front of the brain called the anterior visual nucleus (VLPO) of the lateral ventricles dominates whether a person is awake or asleep.
Their experiments in mice showed that the triangular cells in the VLPO are controlled by hormones such as adrenaline and serotonin. According to their theory, VLPO cells play a role in making people fall asleep when the body is exposed to darkness, alcohol, and a warm atmosphere, among other factors. When these cells work, they prevent other areas of the brain from releasing "wake-up" hormones.
This, in turn, will cause more VLPO cells to become active, allowing the person to fall asleep. VLPO neurons remain highly active in a state of deep sleep, a state known as the "rapid eye movement", in which the eyeball is constantly moving under the eyelids, indicating that the person is actively dreaming. The discovery could open the way for the development of new drugs that make VLPO cells active or still, to help treat insomnia or to keep people awake and sleepless.
The findings were published in the British scientific journal Nature, which will be published today. About one-third of a person's life is spent in sleep, which shows how important sleep is to everyone. In a sense, the quality of sleep determines the quality of life.
Sleep can be divided into two completely different states: one is called fast-wave sleep, and some people call this sleep state REM sleep. As the name suggests, the eyes move very quickly during sleep, and the brain is also very active, and people dream during this period.
The other state is called slow-wave sleep, which is the deepening of the first state, and the sleeper enters a deeper state of unconsciousness. Scientists have found that fast-wave sleep and slow-wave sleep work differently, and the two states also alternate during sleep. Sleep rests the brain and cerebellum.
Animals need to sleep, whereas plants without brains don't; Some organs in the human body, such as the liver, do not rest. This suggests that sleep is a phenomenon specific to the whole brain, and that at least slow-wave sleep can allow the brain to repair the damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are by-products of metabolism and can damage the body's cells.
Other organs can repair this damage by giving up and replacing damaged cells, but the brain cannot do so, and can only put people into a state of sleep, especially slow-wave sleep, so that human tissues can use this rare "leisure time" to carry out "emergency repair" operations. Playing the sound of the game, the gameplay, the picture, may cause sleep, you are playing the game hand will not stop moving, causing the flow of blood, if the tone of the sound is quite similar to the cyclic sound, it will also be a person to sleep, the texture of the picture also has some conditions, sleepiness is not harmful, the body is reminding you to be tired, take a break, and ensure the normal operation of the body.

Hello lz! Playing with the computer is an activity that requires a high degree of concentration, when the brain is highly concentrated, it will inevitably need to consume energy, when you don't play, when you sleep: 1. Because it consumes more energy, the brain instinctively needs to rest.
2. The energy of playing games is highly concentrated to sleep3. Because of playing games, the game scene when playing the computer will flash from time to time when sleeping, and the mood will be more relaxed and easy to fall asleep. Of course, some of it is just the accumulation of my own speculation and experience.

Since you say that you don't like to play games anymore, how can you say that you can't live without games? It's just that you used to play a lot, and now you suddenly don't play and don't get used to it, and you won't feel it after a long time. In fact, the game is really not interesting, especially a waste of time. >>>More
The basic game mode of the same type of game is the same, I think a game is just for entertainment to play, even if it is fun, it will get tired, when you have most types of games, have accumulated a lot of game experience, you will feel that there is no innovation in the same, and there is no difference between the games you have played before, and you will naturally get bored, and this situation is especially obvious for players who like the type of game that does not pay attention to text. Personally, I think you can play some reasoning or galgame games that focus more on the plot to adjust your taste. Or play more battle games, now League of Legends is also very hot, I personally think it is stronger than online games, of course, the best is to read a book, listen to some light ** to soothe the mood, go out for a walk in your leisure time to breathe fresh air to relieve fatigue, avoid blindly contacting games, after all, life is colorful and diverse, let your body feel every aspect of life, I believe you will find the joy of life.
