And here, I really want to say to that volunteer, yes, you as a volunteer, we should be grateful to you, but can that be a reason for you to let the family members cut the queue at will? You have to figure out the situation, your job is to maintain order, and you, the person who maintains order, take the lead in causing family members to cut in line to disrupt order. So, what qualifications do you have to maintain order?

And I'm really glad that there is no chaos in our team when there is a person like you who maintains order and takes the lead in disrupting order, don't you think it's quite ironic? At the same time, have you ever thought about the people who worked hard in the queue behind, although they may not have said anything at the time, but your bad image has long been remembered by us. What's more, you are standing here as a volunteer, and your words and actions affect not only you alone, but may even be discrediting the volunteer community.
