The allocation of quota places for the UEFA Champions League varies from year to year.
It is assigned according to the level rating of each league, as follows:
1. The quota for the UEFA Champions League is allocated as follows:
a) The top three leagues in the Champions Cup and Confederations Cup have 4 places (the champion and runner-up will participate in the main qualifiers, and the third and fourth places will participate in the qualifying round).
Note: The specific calculation method is: in the Champions League League Cup, each win is 2 points (1 point for qualifying), 1 point for a draw (qualifying points), and 0 points for a loss. (Just look at the points of the last five years).
b) The leagues ranked 4-6 in points (3 in total) have 3 places (the champion and runner-up participate in the main qualifiers, and the third place participates in the qualifying round).
c) The leagues ranked 7-15 in points (9 in total) each have 2 places (of which the top three FA champions participate in the main qualifiers, the runners-up participate in the qualifying round, and the champions and runners-up of the remaining six FA associations participate in the qualifying round).
d) Each of the other leagues has 1 entry place (the champion participates in the qualifying round).
e) The defending team, if it does not qualify for the Champions League through the ranking of the domestic league, may submit an application to UEFA, which will determine it on a case-by-case basis.
The teams eliminated in the qualifying round will participate in the UEFA Cup, and the remaining 32 teams will officially participate in the UEFA Champions League.
In the reform plan adopted by UEFA, the 32 Champions League places remain unchanged, but the participants have changed. The current Champions League quota is a "16+16" model, where 16 teams advance directly to the group stage, while the other 16 teams qualify for the group stage.
From 2009 to 2012, the model will become "22+5+5", which means that the number of teams directly entering the group stage will increase from 16 to 22, with the addition of six teams including third place in the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, and the 10th to 12th place league titles in Europe. The other 10 places will be split into two parts, with the first part of the 15 teams from the top 15 leagues in Europe competing for five places, while the other five places belong to teams from the 40 leagues ranked 13 to 53 in Europe, with the exception of Liechtenstein, which has no league.
In addition to the changes in the number of places, there have also been major changes to the timing of Champions League matches, the most important of which is the timing of the final. For more than 50 years, the Champions League final has been played on Wednesday, but the final for the 2009-2010 season will be played on Saturday, with the same kick-off times as before. In addition, the 1 8 finals were previously decided by two weeks, but will be extended to four weeks in the future, and will be held from February to March each year.

Played too badly last season! It doesn't matter if you can't get into the Champions League, you can enter the League Cup! Although there is a gap in the ranks, there is a great chance to fulfill the dream of a championship!

I didn't play well last season, only fifth place, and the top four in Serie A entered the Champions Cup.

Does it have anything to do with him? If I hadn't insulted him, Milan shouldn't have bought an old man and let him go to retirement.
