The date indicated in the Notice of Acceptance is the date of acceptance.

3) The food and drug supervision and administration department shall review the application materials in accordance with Article 4 of these Measures within 30 working days from the date of acceptance of the application, make a decision on whether to agree to the preparation, and notify the sponsor in writing.
