Menstrual cycle, self-regulation.

Running away from friends is a consequence of a "bad mood", and when the mood calms down, reason will tell you how to fix it.
Emotions are not the problem, the point is "for no reason", is there really no reason? Or did you not look closely? Emotion management can be learned, but before you learn, you need to look at what is causing you to have "bad emotions" in your life, and if you bring it for so long, it will migrate to others.
If you are unable to regulate yourself, please use psychological counseling.
-
A friend is someone who understands your shortcomings and is still with you. A bad mood means that there are a lot of things that are not going well with you. Conversely, isn't it bad to not be as you like?
Everyone will seek to maximize their own interests when doing things, don't have sand in their eyes, look at no one is pleasing to the eye, when they look at themselves, and practice themselves to see who is pleasing to the eye, there will be no troubles.
-
If your friends know what kind of person you are and what your personality is, I think she should not account too much, just apologize to her, instead of being bitter here, usually pay more attention to your emotions, and can be suppressed in a big fire, but you haven't learned how to control your emotions for no reason.
-
No one is in a bad mood sometimes, and it's inexplicably in a bad mood.
This is caused by your usual tendency to ignore your emotions, some of which are just small things, but they are a bit troublesome to accumulate, especially when touched by some unknown factors, they will explode. At this time, we ourselves do not understand where so much anger comes from.
Nowadays, people's lives are stressful and fast-paced, and this phenomenon is inevitable, which requires us to learn to regulate our emotions. vent your dissatisfaction and bad emotions in a timely manner, so that you will not be disturbed by inexplicable bad emotions.
-
Everyone will have a bad mood, but to learn to control their emotions, treat things calmly, although it is difficult, but after all, it will be better, if you are in a bad mood, but find some ways to vent, such as exercise or something, you can also listen to **, read books, learn to relax yourself. When you know that you have hurt others, others will feel as sad as you, and the person we care about the most is often the person we are most vulnerable to hurt. Therefore, try to avoid these things, start with everything, and know that some things, if they are lost, they can never be returned, and it is useless to regret them only after they are lost.
-
Nothing is gratuitous, it can only be that you haven't found the real reason for your sudden change of mood!!
-
I really have this kind of trouble. I'm not happy for some reason, what's going on?
-
Something made you sad before this, and you couldn't find someone to vent to after that, so you will lose your temper inexplicably when that friend comes, which is actually a subconscious manifestation of wanting to find a person to vent to.
-
I've had your problems before, but it's our fault to vent our bad emotions on our friends. Originally, our friends came to comfort us, but we were like that, and it was very sad in the eyes of our friends. In fact, think about it, when you are in a bad mood for no reason, try to do something else with your heart, maybe there must be a hundred unwillingness to do these things at that time, but when we finish these things, maybe your mood will be better, and then you are going to your friends to relax, relax... Try to learn to self-regulate your bad emotions... I don't know if that helped you, but I hope my self-adjustment method works for you as well...

Everyone has a bad mood when they sprinkle.

In another assembly, the Buddha exhorted the bhikshus:
Bhikkhus! By practicing the meditation on death a lot, you can attain many results and achieve many merits, just like being immersed in nectar, and it is the ultimate nectar. So, bhikkhus! Everyone should practice thinking about death. 」
When the Buddha said this, one of the monks present got up and reported his thoughts:
World-honored! I often practice and meditate on death. 」
Monk! How do you fix it? The Buddha asked further.
World-honored! When I meditate on death, I meditate like this: I only have one day and one night left to live, and I want to make the most of this day and one night, and devote myself wholeheartedly to studying what the Lord has taught, so that I can quickly reap the benefits of the Dharma so that I have no regrets after death.
World-honored! That's how I fix it. 」
Another monk went on to say:
World-honored! Here's how I practice: I visualize that I only have one day left to live, and motivate myself to make the most of this day and focus as much as I can on learning what the World-Honored One taught, so that I don't have regrets when I die. 」
In this way, there were continued bhikshus who rose up to give reports. The content of the report is the same, but the difference is the length of time that the visualization can still live: some visualize only half a day left, some visualize only one meal left, some visualize half a meal, and some visualize eating.
There are those who take four or five mouthfuls of food, some visualize a mouthful of food, and some visualize only one breath left to breathe in.
Bhikkhus! There are bhikshus who visualize that they only have one day and one night left to live, some who visualize one day, some who visualize half a day, some who visualize only one meal left, and some who visualize half a meal, and some who visualize eating.
For four or five mouthfuls of food, such a practice of thinking about death is considered to be a relaxation. This is because the practice of thinking about death in this way has a slow effect on the study that helps to get rid of all afflictions.
Visualizing the thought of death with only one bite of food and only one breath left to live is not to let go, and the practice of thinking about death in this way has a sharp effect on the study of helping to cut off all afflictions.
Bhikkhus! Therefore, we should learn not to let go, to practice the meditation of death with the non-indulgent contemplation, and to help to stop all afflictions with courage and sharpness. 」
Good luck.
