2. Package the py file into an exe file.

1) Create a new folder [myexe] in the [d: directory] and put the py file into it;

2) Command prompt into the myexe folder;

3) Command prompt input: pyinstaller -f filename. py；Pay attention to spaces and capitalization; [e.g. pyinstaller -f.]

4) Several files will be generated inside the folder, where the exe file is in the dist folder.

3. Other parameters: Enter the command pyinstaller -h to view.

4. Tried commands:

1) [pyinstaller -w, generate exe file when running, will not pop up cmd window;

2) [pyinstaller --icon=d: f, which can generate icons for the exe file.]

If pyinstaller is not installed successfully and the system is Windows, please right-click on my computer or this computer or computer, click Properties, click Advanced System Settings, click Environment Variables, find the line of the system variable named path, double-click to open, find the path, copy the path, go back to the path interface, click New, paste the path in, remove the quotation marks, all OK, close the original cmd, and reopen it. Use cd to switch the path to the directory where the py file is located, and then compile it?

There are two default cases you need to be aware of:

1) After installing python, the path of the python installation package will be added to the system environment variables, which means that you can enter pyinstaller in any working directory after opening cmd and you can run it successfully;

2) The operations in cmd are all performed for files in the current working directory.

Problem solving: Step 1: Check which folder your target file ***py is in;

Step 2: Use the cd command of cmd to locate the current working directory to the folder where your target py file is located;

Step 3: Run pyinstaller again.
