A real and non-deceptive modeling agency will never recruit amateurs from the society, and they are all signed internally through professional channels. They don't say that they have to sign a contract with the participants of the first show activities who graduated from professional colleges and universities, but at least they have to go through the screening of free primary auditions organized by industry insiders, and see the ** with professional requirements they take for you, proving that you are indeed that material, and it is possible to sign you.
